As all products available from Hunny & Co. are digital products and downloads, we operate a no-refund policy once a purchase has been completed.

 

Digital Products

All products sold through Hunny & Co. are delivered digitally. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Digital planners
  • Printables
  • Templates
  • Ebooks and guides
  • Canva templates and links
  • Digital bundles
  • PLR (Private Label Rights) products
  • MRR (Master Resell Rights) products
  • Other downloadable digital resources

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been accessed or downloaded, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Failure to use the product
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Not liking the product after purchase
  • Lack of compatibility with your preferred software or device

Problems With Your Download

We want you to receive what you have purchased. If you experience a genuine technical issue, such as a broken download link, missing file or a file that is corrupted, please contact us via our contact page.

We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide access to the purchased product where appropriate.

 

PLR & MRR Products

Please check the rights and licence included with each product before purchasing. PLR and MRR products may have specific rules regarding editing, rebranding, resale and distribution.

Purchasing a product means you agree to the rights and licence terms provided with that product.

 

Your Consumer Rights

Our no-refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet the requirements set out under applicable UK consumer law, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
