How Will I Receive My Purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital product through the delivery method stated on the individual product listing.
Depending on the product, this may include:
📧 Email delivery – Your download or access link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
🔗 Canva links – Some products are provided through a Canva template link. Please ensure you use an email address you regularly have access to.
⬇️ Instant downloads – Some products may be available to download immediately after completing your purchase.
No Physical Shipping
No physical product, package or stationery will be posted to you.
Any physical items shown in product images are for illustration and demonstration purposes only unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.
Delivery Issues
If you have completed your purchase but haven’t received your digital product, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder before contacting us.
